Executive, IT (3-year contract) – hybrid arrangement

We are seeking an IT Executive to provide reliable, responsive and user-focused IT support across the organisation. The role supports day-to-day technology operations, including user devices, business applications, cloud-based services and endpoint management through Microsoft Intune. The successful candidate will also contribute to IT documentation, staff enablement and the coordination of IT projects. Responsibilities
IT Support and Service Delivery
Provide support for end users across IT services, including infrastructure, hardware, software and business application issues. Log, track and update support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with users.
