Hiring for steel manufacturing company. Location: Guinea/Conakry, West Africa. Reporting to: DIRECTOR GENERAL/MD.
Key Responsibilities- Computer Systems & End-User Support
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, workstations, and peripherals.
- Install and upgrade operating systems, application software, drivers, and business applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware failures, operating system issues, and software-related problems.
- Configure user accounts, passwords, email access, and system permissions.
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot system performance issues including slow computers, application crashes, and connectivity problems.
