Responsibilities
- O9 Super User support to Key Users/ CoE for DP, SOP/E functionality
- Establish Key User Community to share best practice and knowledge of o9 solution and identify continuous improvements to add value to the IBP process
- Drive Incident resolution assigned to process within SLAs
- Reduce Process incidents linked to training/ user error
- Drive process conformance where repeat incidents occur
- Follow up on technical incidents with product sustain teams to ensure robust RCAs
- Share effective communication/ updates on trends related to process incidents
- Ensure user training and change testing documentation remains updated
- Join IBP POD teams to deliver training to markets users on IBP capabilities
Qualifications
- Overall experience of 10-12 Years
- Degree in relevant discipline with minimum of 5+ years planning experience showing excellent thinking/problem so...
