Develop and maintain an efficient service reporting framework Work with Capability leads to define and maintain Operational KPIs (and maintain them in Metrics Catalog) Lead Operational reporting governance Define and manage the process of data collection, storing and reporting, including BI dashboards development Provide key insights and analytics to Capability leaders, Consumer & Commercial leadership team on performance improvement opportunities . Lead Value Realization / Productivity process of Commercial Sales Enable delivery of Commercial value realization Work with Capability teams in establishing clear process of tracking across Sectors at detailed level Define methodology (Productivity, Cost Avoidance, Rev growth) Implement common framework across ~100 + service offerings
