Executive - Marketing & Communications (CSR & Communications)

Coordinate logistics for overall corporate events and activities.

Assist in drafting content such as press releases, media invites, and briefing notes for review.

Assist in managing media requests and maintaining an updated media database to support campaign initiatives.

Assist in management of CSR activities and related administration matters

Conduct initial reviews of donation and sponsorship requests to ensure they align with corporate values.

Coordinate with the Hong Leong Foundation on the ground-level execution of community initiatives and charitable projects.

Maintain and update internal platforms (intranet/newsletters) with relevant and timely content.

Ensure all communication materials comply with established Policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
