Opportunity Description
What you'll be doing
You'll play a hands‑on role across the full product and launch lifecycle, including:
Track and analyse competitor launches, pricing, and market trends to shape product strategy.
Contribute to the development of new, market-driven property products from concept to launch.
Prepare Product Briefs for the Product Development Department.
Attend product engagement meetings with internal teams and external consultants, providing valuable marketing input.
Review SPA drawings, car park allocations, and by‑laws agreements to ensure product accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with model makers and consultants to ensure scale models are accurate and launch‑ready.
Pricing strategy & launch readiness
Compile and analyse key data — costing, land listings, comparable plans, land-related costs — to support pricing papers.
