Job Title: Executive (NUS Libraries) Posting Start Date: 06/06/2026 The role of Executive is to ensure seamless management and support of IT equipment and end-user devices for library staff and users, library operations and events. These include overseeing the lifecycle of IT and AV devices, providing technical assistance, maintaining accurate asset records, supporting library events, introducing innovative technologies by leveraging on AI and emerging IT tools, and working with IT specialist for backend systems support, in order to enrich learning and revitalize experiences as the leading global academic library. Duties And Responsibilities IT & AV Equipment, & Library Peripheral Support Ensure timely renewal, upgrade, deployment and optimal management of IT devices and software (e.g. PCs, laptops, AV equipment, library peripheral, etc.) for end-users and library operations.
