Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
- Lead the team to deliver well-differentiated customer experience in a Maxis Concept Store primarily by showcasing digital lifestyle solutions through in-store demonstrations and being a solutions advisor to the customers
- Ensure consistent high standards in terms of creating a dynamic retail store environment, cultivate the culture of constant innovation/experimentation and contribute in facilitating a constantly learning and sharing culture with active collaboration with the team members and key stakeholders
- Develop the team for Expert-level solutioning, providing personalised conversations with customers to enrich customer’s lifestyle and instrumental in delivering end-to-end walk-out-working experience
