Customer Complaints Administrator - Birmingham (B2 4AA)
Location: Hybrid Working, two days onsite and three from home
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (37 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £14.01 per hour, rising to £15.17ph after 12 continuous weeks of employment
Duration: Six months
Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and customer service skills? We're looking for a Complaints Administrator to join a busy Public Sector team based in Birmingham (B2 4EE).
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client's department to play an important role in assisting with supporting their complaint escalation responses in a timely manner.
