Job Role Summary:
The Executive,Operations is responsible to provide general office and administrative support to ensure efficient and effective operations in the Home Care Department.
You will need to:

To provide administrative support to apply for clients' financial schemes such as e-Giro and with other external agencies such as Medifund, Medisave, eSMF) to ensure timely submission for claimsTo extract, monitor and pull data to assist and coordinate with the scheduling for client review assessmentsTo maintain learning calendars, training materials and submission of document on a weekly basis To maintain audit schedule and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the documents are up to dateTo compile and onboard clients for e-giro payment as preferred mode of payment Create, maintain, and update automated reports and interactiv...
