Position Summary:
Ensure seamless onboarding for new employees to integrate them into the organizational culture quickly.
Oversee the performance management process, including setting objectives, providing
feedback, and conducting performance appraisals.
Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and provide training, mentoring, and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
