Executive Policy, Research & New Initiatives Compliance Officer

JOB PURPOSE

The Compliance Officer (Policy, Research & New Initiatives) supports MMHE and the wider MHB Group, including subsidiaries and affiliates, by executing and coordinating compliance and integrity initiatives. This role is responsible for policy development, risk assessment, due diligence, and monitoring of compliance functions to ensure alignment with the Group’s CoBE, ABC policies, the 5 Critical Legal Areas (5CLAs), and regulatory obligations. The role also performs research and benchmarking on best practices and emerging compliance trends to strengthen the organization’s compliance culture.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
