At L&T Realty, Presales is about managing leads from various sources and generating walk-ins at various real estate projects of the organisation.
To lead a team of about 20 in-house pre-sales team members approx. to generate quality walk-ins across various projects.To improve lead management processes, TATs, and device policies for enabling max lead conversion, increase revenues of PreSales and contribute to min. 20%+ to the overall business or as discussed with top management.To assign targets for various team members, monitor their performance, and ensure that all of them achieve targets.To monitor the quality of various activities/processes followed.To know and understand the mediums/systems/technologies used by other industries to manage leads and adopt best practices in the organization.To prepare dashboards for the consumption of top management Functional Mandate & KRAs of Pre-sales manager: Functional Mandate KRA / Success M...
