POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Sales Coach, internally known as Chair Development Facilitator, plays a key role in helping new business leaders (Chairs) successfully launch and grow peer advisory groups. This role combines coaching, facilitation, sales enablement, and performance consulting to support leaders through the group formation process. The ideal candidate is a skilled coach and communicator who can guide individuals toward achieving growth goals, build accountability, and leverage data to drive results. Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, the Chair Development Facilitator helps ensure leaders have the tools, resources, and support needed to build thriving peer communities.
