Opportunity Description
Job Title: Executive – Sales Operations (Qube) Job Summary: He/she is responsible for efficient coordination with the Theatre Sales Team across India.
The role involves generating approval and theatre agreement drafts based on templates, tracking and monitoring receipt of theatre agreement copies, confirming payment receipts, generating equipment dispatch requests, and following up on pending documents/approvals using ERP systems.
The coordinator must work with cross-functional teams and communicate well with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain effective communication with the Theatre Sales Team across India.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Generate approval and theatre agreement drafts based on predefined templates.
Track and monitor the receipt of theatre agreement copies.
Track and confirm payment receipts.
