Work with Sales Manager in fulfilling the actions required form point of contact till successful delivery of aircraft engine Coordinate with customers and internal operations department to ensure contractual requirements and any additional service requirements are fulfilled during the aircraft engine shop visitMonitor and ensure timely completion and redelivery of aircraft engine to customersManage cost of aircraft engine shop visit within the projected budgetAscertain accurate and timely invoicing to customers for services rendered and manage their outstanding creditResolve customer concerns/issues through effective communication and clarificationsOccasional overseas travel might be required
