Responsibilities
- Handle and safeguard confidential documents and communications of the Executive.
- Perform administrative functions such as word processing, data entry, copying, and filing.
- Manage and maintain the Executives calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and preparing necessary materials.
- Coordinate the Executives activities and liaise with internal departments and external partners.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, visitors, correspondence, and reports, alerting the Executive to urgent matters.
- Act as the point of contact between the Executive and other departments, transmitting directives and following up on assignments.
- Maintain an organized system for managing records, including minutes of meetings, memoranda, and contracts.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings and hotel accommodations, and assist with out-of-town events and business planning.
