- Updateandmaintainrecordsofclients’data;maintainfilingsystemforproposals,presentations,minutesofmeetings,andemailcorrespondences/letters,etc.withclients.
- UpdateOperationsManualforcompliancepurposeswherenecessary;attendtoRegulatoryCompliance'srequestsforauditpurposes;conductAML/PEPchecks.
- Assistinoperationalriskmanagementmatterslikeriskandcontrolassessment/scorecard.
- Keeptrackandfollowuponrequireddocumentationandothermattersthattheteamneedtotakeaction.
- Maketravelarrangements,preparepre-tripprocurementsanddopost-tripclaimsinadditiontootherbusiness-relatedclaimsliketransport,entertainment...
