Opportunity Description

You will be part of the Channel team within the Membership Services Division (MSD), focusing on channel sales outreach and stakeholder collaboration to drive NTUC membership growth. This role focuses on new areas of growth and MSD’s strategy to pivot retail B2C sales to B2B sales, through strategic merchant partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders (e.g. Portfolio Management, CVP) to identify opportunities and support the development of products aligned with customer needs.
  • Identify and build partnerships with external merchants to strengthen members’ CVP and drive NTUC membership sign-ups through these partners.
  • Collaborate with internal and external sales channels to communicate product value propositions and unique selling points.
