Opportunity Description
Executive/ Senior Executive (CEO Office Secretarial Support)
Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to CEO, including management of schedules, appointments, meetings, correspondence, travel arrangements and follow-up matters.
Coordinate internal and external meetings involving PHB, PHB Asset Management (PAM), Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (AHB), distributors, regulators, institutions, business partners and other stakeholders.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, action items, letters, emails, memos, briefing notes, simple presentation materials and other documentation required by the CEO Office.
Attend meetings with the CEO when required to record minutes, monitor action items and coordinate follow-ups with relevant departments or external parties.
Maintain proper filing, safekeeping and confidentiality of CEO Office records, correspondence, approvals, meeting papers and sensitive information.
