Opportunity Description
Responsibilities: You will be working closely with senior leaders and line managers to provide recruitment and talent acquisitions services such as building candidate pipelines, research and recommend the right talent sourcing market, setting up recruitment events, participate in employer branding programs to create the employee value proposition. Talent Acquisition (Core Activities) Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce requirements and create hiring plans. Collaborate with Hiring Manager to develop or review role profile for the job. Facilitate the completion of the recruitment and selection process including preparing salary proposal. Manage job posting, screen and shortlist potential candidates for interviews with Hiring Managers.
