1. Develop and design training content for solar PV systems, products, and Conduct on-site, hands-on training sessions for solar installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
3. Manage and schedule training programs to meet organizational needs.
4. Stay updated on industry advancements, solar technologies, and state/central government policies.
5. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
6. Coordinate with external trainers to ensure quality and consistency in training.
7. Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, progress, and evaluations.
8. Travel to various locations to deliver tailored training sessions and workshops.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to align training objectives with business and project goals.
10. Continuously improve training materials based on feedback, new developments, and industry trends.
