EXECUTIVE STAFF SPECIALIST

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an Executive Specialist, in the Command Section of an Air Force Reserve Direct Reporting Group. The position is responsible for administering and directing the Group's executive support functions and insuring that day-to-day operations comply with the policies of the Commander/Senior ART. Responsibilities Serves as the executive advisor on programs and initiatives within the group. Plans/conducts staff meetings as directed. Performs a variety of staff studies relating to the management of the group. Manages resources for executive support, services, and activities. Responsible for group staff agency inspection compliance. Performs various administrative duties/special projects and monitors status to assure effectiveness.
