Opportunity Description
We are seeking an Executive Support and Communication Specialist to provide high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) through proactive executive assistance, effective stakeholder coordination, and strategic communication. This role is responsible for managing the CEOs time, priorities, information flow, and communications, while ensuring consistent and professional messaging across internal and external platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage the CEOs calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily priorities. Act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing access to the CEO and ensuring effective prioritisation of requests and commitments. Coordinate and prepare executive meetings, presentations, briefing packs, and correspondence. Draft, edit, and distribute executive communications, speeches, presentations, and stakeholder messaging.
