EXECUTIVE/SENIOR EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCES
Job Responsibilities:
provide support in all facets of HR functions including recruitment and selection, on-boarding and off-boarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits (including payroll-related matters for both HQ and overseas offices), staff insurance, employee relations, and HR related projects plan and coordinate staff welfare activities handle all work pass related transactions, and filing of tax clearance for foreign employees who have resigned provide support in the review of HR policies and procedures, and the SIAC Employee Handbook provide support in preparing annual HR budget ensure HR related documents are properly filed for audit purposes undertake such other work as may be assigned from time to time
