Job Description:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals.
Provide first-line support for Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel,
SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
Network & System Maintenance
Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of campus internet and network systems.
Support and maintain servers, wireless systems, and backup processes.
Perform routine maintenance, software updates, and patch management.
Inventory & Asset Management
Assist in tracking IT equipment inventory and software licenses.
Support in the setup, tagging, and disposal of IT assets.
System Implementation & Upgrades
Assist with the deployment of new systems, tools, and technologies.
