Executive/Senior Executive, Venue Operations

Responsibilities We are looking for an Venue Operations Executive to support the delivery of venue operations and event execution across international and large-scale events. This role is hands-on and operational in nature, with direct involvement in managing on-site guest experience, coordinating event requirements, and ensuring venue readiness before, during, and after events. You will work closely with organisers, service partners, and internal teams to help deliver smooth, safe, and well-coordinated events. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys ground operations, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build practical experience in the MICE industry.
