Key Responsibilities User Experience Design
Translate business requirements into user journeys, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
Design end-to-end customer journeys covering:
Pre-login experience
Singpass-authenticated experience
E-learning workflows
Quiz and assessment experiences
Design responsive and mobile-friendly interfaces.
UI Design
Produce high-fidelity designs in Figma.
Establish reusable design systems and component libraries.
Design reusable quiz components and learning modules.
Create content authoring experiences for business users.
Research & Validation
Conduct usability reviews and stakeholder workshops.
Validate designs against accessibility and government digital service standards.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to refine requirements.

Work closely with Solution Architects and Engineers to ensure design feasibility.
