- 2+ years of experience in JSON scripting, product support, QA, or similar roles within digital platforms, with hands-on exposure to production environments
- Strong experience with Splunk (dashboards, alerts, and query development) and incident management including triage, root cause analysis, and SLA-driven support
- Practical experience with personalization and experimentation tools such as Adobe Target, AJO, or Optimizely, including A/B testing and audience segmentation validation
