We're looking for an experienced Young's Deputy Manager or General Manager in Training who can hit the ground running in one of the busiest pubs in the estate.
The Ship is famous for its huge summers and high-volume trading. We recently took £100,000 in a single day over the Bank Holiday weekend , so this role is all about thriving in a fast-paced environment, leading large teams, and maintaining exceptional standards under pressure.
Our new General Manager joins from The Hope & Anchor, Brixton and The Wheatsheaf, Borough Market, while our new Head Chef, Hamoun, has recently moved across from The Windmill, Clapham to elevate our food offer.
