Experienced Consultant | EY-Parthenon - Merger & Acquisitions (M&A)

We are looking for a talented and driven Experienced Consultant (1-3 years of experience) to join ourEY-Parthenon M&A team. In this role, you will support the execution of high impact M&A and corporate strategy engagements, working closely with senior team members to deliver value to our clients across the deal lifecycle.
You will contribute to strategic and financial analysis, support client deliverables, and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams in a fast paced, analytical, and client focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A, divestiture and corporate strategy projects and transaction support
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, including market assessments, competitive landscape analysis, business plan reviews and financial analysis
