Draganfly Innovations seeks an experienced Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive support on commercial and regulatory matters. This role is ideal for candidates with 3-5 years of relevant legal experience in a fast-paced environment.
This position involves partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver effective legal guidance on commercial transactions, corporate governance, and emerging technology regulations. Your ability to manage litigation and prepare contract templates will ensure that Draganfly continues to lead in the UAV space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
• Advise on UAV operations and compliance regulations
• Support corporate governance and subsidiary management
• Provide counsel on intellectual property and licensing strategies
• Manage legal disputes and external counsel relationships
Requirements:
• LL.B. or J.D. from a recognized institution
• Admitted to the Bar in Canada or the US
