Experienced Loan Managers - Angeles Pampanga, Calamba Laguna, San Pablo Laguna (with incentives)

Job Summary: The Loan Manager makes sure that the goals and objectives are met most especially the loan release, creates a marketing plan to strategize how to meet the targets consistently on a monthly basis.

Specific Duties: Maximize the current sales channels and look for ways to expand the Bank’s ability to reach customers to meet and exceed monthly targets. :

• Accredit more agents to get more pool of leads and increase sales production
• Re-activate agents and provide strategic marketing plans
• Solicit or generate own accounts to contribute to the increase of sales production
• Use of marketing channels or tools such as but not limited to social media platforms for more marketing campaigns approved by the Business Development Office and Group Head
