The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking an experienced People Relations Professional / Investigator to join our Human Resources team! The successful candidate will provide professional support in people relations and special projects. The People Relations Professional will be responsible for responding to employee concerns in a timely, objective, fair and thorough manner. The People Relations Professional will assess the issue and determine next steps. The People Relations Professional will lead the investigation which will include planning the investigation, conducting the interviews, gathering evidence, analyzing investigative findings, engage with subject matter experts, write a thorough investigative report and will report out the findings to the decision makers.
