Experienced Project Manager in Fabrication

Oversee key projects within the Cambridge Fabrication Shop as an Experienced Project Manager. Ensure safety and quality while managing costs and schedules efficiently.
In this role, reporting to the Fabrication Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of work segments. Candidates must possess at least 5 years of project management experience and a solid background in manufacturing and nuclear scope. Exceptional organizational skills and a collaborative mindset are critical for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular shop tours to monitor progress
• Review and approve purchasing and invoicing requisitions
• Participate in project readiness and integration meetings
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Manage direct reports with a focus on performance
