**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and train employees on the First Article Inspection, Lab Controlled at Source, Outbound/Inbound Inspection, and Non-Conformance processes.
+ Disposition and control of non-conforming products.
+ Review and approval of First Articles from suppliers.
+ Perform First Articles for submission to customers.
