Focusing on long haul trucking and commercial claims, this role requires handling severe and moderate complexity claims. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong negotiation skills and ensure a high-quality experience for all involved parties. Responsibilities include conducting quality audits and keeping abreast of industry trends and case law developments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight of adjusters for complex claims
• Evaluate and negotiate casualty claims professionally

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience
