Operating within a global, matrix environment, the role supports continuous improvement initiatives through strong project coordination, data-driven insights, change management, and stakeholder communication. By enabling structure, visibility, and execution discipline, this role allows CI leadership to focus on strategy while ensuring initiatives are delivered consistently, efficiently, and in line with global standards.
