Opportunity Description
Be a leader in estimating as a Senior Estimator with Buttcon Limited. This role demands extensive Construction Management experience and focuses on comprehensive project cost analyses.
As the Senior Estimator, you will report to the Vice President of Pre-Construction & Estimating and oversee the Estimating Team’s efforts in developing accurate estimates. You'll be responsible for engaging with stakeholders, organizing essential documents, and confirming site visit schedules. A thorough understanding of building methods and industry standards is key to excelling in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the preparation of major construction cost estimates
• Manage bonding and insurance requests
• Facilitate accurate take-offs and quantity pricing
• Prepare and distribute tender forms in advance
• Collaborate with the construction team on schedules
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 10 years in ICI sector experience
