Export Air Operator

Job Description

Keep international shipments moving. You’ll be the vital link between customers, airlines, and our warehouse—ensuring every export takes off smoothly, on time, and without a hitch. In this role, you’ll manage and coordinate air export shipments while making sure all documentation is accurate, complete, and fully compliant with international regulations.

What You’ll Do

• Bookings & Coordination You’ll handle bookings via phone and email, secure the right airspace with airlines, and coordinate closely with our Transport and Warehouse teams. Your job is to make sure every pickup is scheduled and every cargo load is ready to roll exactly when it needs to be.
• Documentation & Admin You’ll prepare all export documentation with precision, handle invoicing and filing after each flight, and create monthly console schedules. Accuracy is key because even small errors can have big consequences in airfreight.
