Export Co-Ordinator

As the Export Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring Westland Milk Products’ export orders move smoothly from booking through to delivery. In this role, you’ll coordinate global export shipments across sea and air freight, acting as a central point of contact between customers, shipping providers, freight forwarders and internal teams. You’ll take ownership of shipment planning, tracking vessel movements, maintaining system accuracy, and proactively resolving issues to deliver a seamless customer experience.

You will report directly to the Export Manager and work closely alongside Sales, Order Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality and Export Documentation teams, as well as offshore stakeholders, to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.
