This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic logistics team responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of international air export shipments, ensuring smooth, timely, and compliant operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the full export process from booking through to delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, airlines, and customs brokers. Prepare and process export documentation accurately and in compliance with international shipping regulations. Coordinate shipments to ensure timely movement and adherence to U.S. and foreign customs requirements. Monitor shipment progress and provide proactive communication to customers.
