Export Sales Executive - Ha Noi

Job Description:

• Identify and approach potential international customers through international trade fairs, B2B platforms (Alibaba, B2B websites), social media, and business partners.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and conclude export contracts with overseas clients.
• Monitor and follow up orders from contract signing through delivery and final payment.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to handle customer complaints and evaluate customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales support team to resolve issues related to order progress, shipping, and export documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in International Economics, International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of international trade practices, including Incoterms and international payment methods (L/C, T/T).
