Opportunity Description
The main objective of this role is to lead and implement best practice employee relations initiatives. This role primarily focuses on supporting internal stakeholders to effectively managing their people by developing and implementing processes, and policies to embed positive relations and wellbeing within teams.
About the Role
- Partner with the business to provide strategic, comprehensive ER support – in particular with respect to the procedural approach to be taken for resolution of workplace grievances and complaints.
- Provide expert advice and guidance around workplace investigations, policy violations or misconduct and any ER escalations.
- Lead and manage investigations as required.
- Provide expert advice and support to Leaders, and team members as required on general Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) terms and conditions – such as absenteeism management, performance management and Modern Award payments.
