Key Responsibilities

As a manager, you will oversee audit engagements by defining strategies with senior leaders and ensuring compliance with EY's policies. You will execute complex procedures, manage financial aspects, and support business development. Building strong relationships and delivering high-quality work is essential, along with identifying risks and escalating issues. You will foster a positive learning culture by coaching junior team members and contributing to recruitment, retention, and training initiatives, while also maintaining educational programs for staff development.
