External Intelligence & Innovation Director

Position Overview

We are looking for a LatAm External Intelligence and Solution Innovation Director to serve as a key enabler for MetLife LatAm success in its business transformation journey and ensure the momentum of the New Frontier strategy, as part of the Strategy, Transformation & Distribution Innovation LatAm team.

This role is accountable for building a muscle that turns external signals into tangible business opportunities. The Director will identify trends and disruptions across LatAm (and worldwide), translate them into relevant insights that could imply an opportunity area that accelerates the New Frontier strategy and creates durable differentiation. Additionally, in terms of solutions innovation, this role is expected to co‑lead with Product and Marketing the ideation of new solutions to enhance our customer value proposition.
