The San Francisco Superior Court is seeking current law students for semester-long externships with the Court's Probate Department, located at the Civic Center Courthouse, 400 McAllister Street.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis for the Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer semesters.
Ideal candidates for the position will have strong legal research and writing skills and be responsible, dependable, detail oriented, and possess an interest in trusts and estates, probate, probate guardianships and conservatorships, and related areas, as well as civil law and motion.
