**Job Title: Extrusion Line Operator**
**Job Description**
The Extrusion Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating extrusion line equipment, including setup, startup, troubleshooting, quality verification, and continuous production. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety and food regulations, and the ability to work overtime as needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate extrusion line equipment according to production schedules, BOM, and SOC.
+ Select, install, and verify proper tooling and resin.
+ Start-up equipment, position controls, and perform initial product testing.
+ Monitor production, make process adjustments, and troubleshoot issues.
+ Perform QC checks to ensure product meets specifications.
+ Package, label, store finished product, and accurately enter production data.
+ Clean, return, and stock tooling, packaging, and materials.
