**Job Summary:**
As an **Extrusion Operator** , you will set up and operate blown film extrusion equipment, supporting efficient and safe production while maintaining the highest quality standards. Fres-co offers hands-on training and a supportive environment to help you succeed, whether you are new to manufacturing or bring prior experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Set up and operate blown film extrusion equipment according to production and quality standards
+ Monitor processes and product quality; make adjustments as needed
+ Perform in-process quality testing and accurately document results
+ Complete job changeovers and prepare equipment for upcoming runs
