Our Software Strategy Group (SSG) operates within EY’s Strategy & Execution (S&E) practice – EY’s market‑leading team delivering technology, operations, and financial advisory services to corporate and private equity clients pursuing acquisitions, divestitures, or business restructurings.
SSG provides top‑tier product and technology diligence, strategic guidance, and transaction advisory. Each year we help hundreds of companies and investors evaluate product architectures, enterprise technology environments, and technical teams to inform critical investment decisions. In every engagement you will interact directly with the target company’s CTO/CIO and broader management team, learning how real decisions are made and how mature tech organisations operate.
